Cancellation Policy
Lashed Beauty – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking an appointment with Lashed Beauty, you agree to the following: • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 3 hours of the appointment time. • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or appointment rescheduling. • Any allergies, medical conditions, medications, injuries, pregnancy, or previous reactions to beauty products or treatments must be disclosed before your appointment. • Clients must arrive for lash appointments with clean lashes free from makeup, mascara, eyeliner, and residue. • Mascara must not be worn to lash extension appointments. A $10 cleansing fee may apply if mascara removal is required. • Wearing mascara prior to a lash appointment can affect adhesive bonding and reduce lash retention. • Lash infill appointments require a minimum of 50% of lash extensions remaining. Clients with less than 50% retention may be charged for a full set at the therapist's discretion. • Massage treatments are provided for relaxation and wellbeing purposes only. Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, allergies, pregnancy, or health concerns before treatment. • Clients should immediately advise their therapist of any pain, discomfort, or adverse reactions during treatment. • Mild tenderness or soreness may occur following a massage and usually resolves within 24–48 hours. • Any inappropriate behaviour towards staff will result in immediate termination of the treatment, with the full service fee remaining payable. • Treatment results vary between individuals and clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided. • Lashed Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service where it is considered unsafe, unsuitable, or where client behaviour is inappropriate. • Children and additional guests should not attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
